Why is this course 10 hours?

History of Pilates, who is Joseph Pilates? What can topics like this add to you? We just show you direct comprehensive Pilates moves. We teach you how to do these movements, how to teach them and which muscle groups you work on while doing the movements. Along with this, you learn anatomy and physiology. You study anatomy and physiology at almost a medical student level. Imagine you are in a class of 20 students. The teacher shows the movement once, and some of your friends do the movement. You either watch or you do. If 20 people do the movement at the same time, it can prolong the process. You can learn the angles of the movement in detail by rewinding the video, and if you do not understand, you can ask in the question & answer section.We did not want to inflate the training with unnecessary lessons. We have made the training comprehensive so that you can learn better, and save from complexity.
