If you love movement and helping people feel better in their own bodies, teaching Pilates is a brilliant next step. You’ll dive into the craft of the method, learn how to read a room, and discover how small cues can make a big difference to someone’s day.

At EFWA, you study on your terms. Our programmes are 100% online and CPD-accredited, with clear, practical lessons and tutor support when you need it. The aim is simple: help you plan and deliver safe, effective classes so you start teaching with confidence.

Start by enrolling on the pathway that fits you — Matwork, Reformer or the Master route. You’ll cover the essentials: anatomy & physiology (so you know why things work), giving clear cues, adapting exercises up or down for different bodies, designing a class that flows, and keeping everyone safe. Finish the programme and you’ll earn an internationally recognised EFWA certificate.

From there, you build miles on the mat: write a few lesson plans, practise with friends or early clients, refine your voice, and put your new skills to work. Graduates teach in studios and gyms, community centres, and online — some mix it all.
