What you study

The programme connects Pilates repertoire with applied anatomy, exercise physiology, biomechanics, movement analysis, cueing, progression, regression and teaching decisions. Specialist modules extend this foundation to Reformer equipment, pregnancy-related adaptation and age-appropriate teaching for children.
